Once you get in touch, we'll arrange a time to carry out a site meeting and discuss your wants, needs and budget and what you're hoping to achieve. We'll discuss the scope of works, the timeline for the project and advise you on costings.

That's the hard part done, for you at least! Next week meet with our team of drafters who will design your project based on your requirements and within your budget. We take care of everything from drafting the plans, organising and liaising with engineers, certifiers, carrying out the build and can even assist you with interior design choices.

the process

Once the plans are complete and you're happy with them, we will go through the local council DA, or a private certifier depending on the scope of works. Our engineers will then finalise all paperwork requirements.

Now the exciting part! Your build will commence! We use all of our own trades who have been working alongside us for well over 10 years now!

Your new address is on it's way and it'll be move in day before you know it!

Matt and the team have been responsible for the entire ground floor renovation of our home, taking it from a 1960 orange brick cottage to Hamptons haven. Matt's ability to take the picture in our heads, tweak it and make it a reality is amazing. We would (and do) recommend Matt and his team to anyone who needs a builder.
